Thorough Physical Examinations

We offer complete head to toe physical examinations with labs and advanced testing as indicated. If you need a physical exam, come see us at Southern Internal Medicine in Lake City, FL. All of our examiners are highly trained and certified.

If your child is 16 years old or older and is playing sports, a physical exam will determine whether he or she is healthy enough to safely participate in school sports. We also do immunizations!
